At TCC we believe that the church isn’t just a service to attend but a family to whom we belong. We believe that God designed each of us to live in relationship with Him first through belonging to Christ and second in community in the local church. It’s here we worship together, encourage one another, and shine Christ’s love to our communities. Together we become better equipped to accomplish our mission as followers of Jesus. Know God
The first step on our Next Steps journey with Treasuring Christ Church is to know God. We believe God made us to know and worship Him. This is only possible through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose from the dead. Do you have questions about what it means to know God? Let’s connect.
Be Baptized
For those who know God through faith in Jesus, believer’s baptism is the public proclamation of that faith. It is the first step of obedience for the believer and symbolic picture of what takes place when a person puts their faith in Jesus—we have died to sin and been made alive to God. Attend a Starting Point Class
At our Starting Point Class, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of our pastors about our mission, values and vision as well as the meaning of membership. Starting Point is one of the first steps that you can take in making Treasuring Christ your church family. Sign up to attend the next Starting Point class HERE.
Check Out a Small Group
In small groups, we help one another to treasure Christ together in our everyday lives. They provide a place where you can find a place to belong, grow in your faith and live on mission.
Each week, you will have space to catch up with others and discuss how God’s Word applies to your everyday life. Whether you’ve gone to church your whole life or you’ve never stepped foot in one, small groups are for you.
Be Equipped
At TCC, we want to equip and strengthen our church to further multiply disciples who delight in, declare and display the gospel. There are multiple avenues to be equipped and we would love for you to check them out: Equip Classes on Sunday at 9:15 AM, Men’s Discipleship, and Women’s Discipleship.
Serve the Church
The church isn’t a service to attend but a family to which we belong. We know that for all families to function well everyone picks up a towel to serve. There are lots of ways to serve at TCC. Consider joining one of our serve teams: Connections, Kids, Worship, Set Up + Tear Down, Production, College Ministry, and others!
Live on Mission
Our vision at Treasuring Christ Church is to see Jesus treasured in Southeast Michigan, North America, and the ends of the earth. We want each person to delight in, declare, and display the gospel in all of life. This happens as we embrace where God has put us and the people He has put around us with gospel intentionality. We seek to cultivate missional rhythms in our everyday life and look for ways to serve our community.
